Who we are

QuoteJacket is a solo software service for sign shops. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data: the email address used for magic-link sign-in.
• Shop data: quotes, customers, price templates, optional logo, and billing status.
• Technical logs from our host (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use this data to run the product: authenticate you, store your quotes, bill your subscription, and answer support mail. Public quote links show only the customer-facing fields you send.

Subprocessors

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Data lives in the region chosen for our Supabase project.
• Vercel — application hosting. We use Vercel Analytics for product metrics. It does not set a tracking cookie and does not require a cookie banner.
• Stripe — card collection, trials, and subscriptions. Card numbers never touch our servers.

Retention

You can export quotes, customers, and templates from Settings at any time. Email us to request deletion of your account and shop data.
